Important Update for Our Clients on U.S. Visas and New Travel Limits

The United States government has confirmed that all U.S. visas issued before January 1, 2026, remain valid, despite new travel restrictions coming into effect.

What this means for our clients:

• Our clients who received their U.S. visas before January 1, 2026 will not have their visas cancelled or revoked due to the new policy.

• Eligible clients can continue to travel to the United States in line with the conditions of their visas.

• The new travel limits mainly affect new visa applications and future visa issuance, not visas already issued.

• Entry into the U.S. will still be subject to routine immigration checks at the port of entry.

• If you already hold a valid U.S. visa issued before January 1, 2026, you can continue to use it until it expires, provided you comply with U.S. immigration rules.
